"Na Favelinha" is a Brazilian funk track by MC Mari with DJ RIC, DJ Mxce and DJ Tavares. Brazilian funk, born in Rio de Janeiro, is fast, heavy and built for dancing, and its short, punchy routines spread on TikTok all the time. This routine is full of expression. It opens facing away, looking back over the shoulder with a finger near the mouth, then spins to the front with a hair whip. The hands sweep out from the neck, grip invisible handlebars like a motorbike, roll in front of the chest with a surprised face, punch together, and cross over the chest to finish. Every move comes with a face to match. In the AI Dance app this template was listed as "Favelinga"; on the web we use the song's spelling. Our reference is a half-body clip, so a photo from the hips up works well here. ### The moves Facing away with a look over the shoulder and a finger near the mouth, then a quick spin to the front with a hair whip. The hands sweep out from the neck, grip invisible handlebars, roll in front of the chest, punch together, and the arms cross over the chest to finish. Fast and sharp. ## How to make the Favelinha video 1. **Add your photo.** Upload one clear photo of you or a friend, facing the camera, as much of the body in the frame as you can. 2. **Tap Make my video.** The Favelinha dance costs 1 credit. The AI copies the moves onto your photo while you wait, about a few minutes. 3. **Download and post.** You get a 10 second 9:16 MP4. Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts and add the sound inside the app. ## Best photo for Favelinha - A hips-up or full-body photo both work, because the moves are mostly arms and face. - Expression matters: pick a photo with a lively face, toward the camera. - Long hair down makes the spin and the hair whip land. - Keep both hands empty and visible for the handlebar and fist moves. - One person per photo. The AI animates the biggest person in the frame. Avoid: - Group photos, or a second person cut off at the edge - Faces turned away, covered or in deep shadow - Blurry or very dark photos - Heavy filters, stickers or text on the photo ## Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts - Your video comes without music. Search "Na Favelinha" in TikTok or Reels and start on the first beat. - Put the hair whip on a hard beat for the biggest effect. - Brazilian funk hashtags help the right audience find it.
