Trend Step is one of the people dances we added to AI Dance in April 2026, built from the kind of quick routines that go around TikTok every week. It has no famous name or official challenge behind it, and it does not need one: it is short, it is clear, and it has two moves that people remember.
The first is the opening kick. One leg flies up high while one hand pushes down, and the dancer lands in a wide stance on the beat. The second is the triangle: both hands meet in front of the face in a sharp shape, then drop back into the hip rhythm. Between them, the hips do the work, rolling and bouncing to a club beat.
