What is the You Know Nothing trend?

You Know Nothing has been one of the baby dances in AI Dance since the app launched in January 2026. It is built on the oldest baby game there is: peekaboo. The baby hides behind both hands, then opens the arms wide with a bounce, as if to say "you know nothing", claps a few times and hides again.

The track in our reference clip is a bouncy Latin song called "You Know Nothing", credited to Toni Tono. There is no big TikTok challenge behind this one, and it does not need one: the moves are the whole point. Peekaboo is a game babies really play, so the video looks like your own child's personality, only on the beat.

It works on dogs too. A dog covering its eyes with both paws and then throwing them open is the kind of clip people send to five friends. If your baby and your dog share a home, make both and post them side by side.

The moves

Both hands cover the face like a game of peekaboo. Then the arms open wide and the body bobs up and down with a happy bounce, followed by a few claps. The hide, open and bounce sequence repeats. Simple, playful and easy to read.

Best photo for You Know Nothing

The photo decides most of the result. These tips are for this dance.

Works well

  • Use a photo where your baby stands or sits on their own, with the whole body in view.
  • Hands should be empty and visible, because the peekaboo starts with them.
  • Avoid photos where an adult holds the baby. The AI animates the biggest person in the photo.
  • For dogs, a photo of the dog sitting up, facing the camera, gives the funniest paws-over-eyes moment.
  • Use a sharp photo in soft light, with a plain background.

Gives weak results

  • Group photos, or a second person cut off at the edge
  • Faces turned away, covered or in deep shadow
  • Blurry or very dark photos
  • Heavy filters, stickers or text on the photo

Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts

  • Your video comes without music. Add the "You Know Nothing" sound or any bouncy Latin track in TikTok or Reels.
  • Pair it with a real peekaboo clip of the same baby for a before and after.
  • Caption idea: "Peekaboo, I see you".

Add You Know Nothing by Toni Tono from the sound library of the app you post to, so your video uses the official track.
